The 2025 BSCM Excellence Award honors outstanding leadership, innovation, and impact in human resource management across Bahrain’s public, private, and civil society sectors. It recognises individuals and institutions that advance HR practices to enhance performance, engagement, and ethical leadership. The award’s distinction lies in its internationally recognised judging panel, featuring experts from the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations (IFTDO), the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and Aspire Muscat Institute ensuring a rigorous and globally benchmarked evaluation process.

Judging Panel

The judging panel consists of distinguished professionals with expertise in HR and corporate management. The BSCM Excellence Award maintains the highest standards of integrity and expertise in its judging process. For the 2025 awards, we are proud to announce that our judging panel includes senior representatives and subject matter experts from:

  • CIPD: As the professional body for HR and L&D, CIPD representatives contribute unparalleled expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, and talent management.
  • UN IFTDO Representative: The IFTDO Representative to the United Nations represents the organization's interests at the UN through contributing to global discussions on education, training, and development, while influencing policy decisions and programs that shape the future of training and development worldwide.
  • Aspire Muscat Institute: an institute that empowers leaders and organizations through executive leadership development, organizational transformation, experiential learning, advanced psychometric assessments, and ICF-certified coaching, delivering globally recognized solutions tailored to the region’s evolving business landscape.

  • Nominees must represent organizations operating within private, governmental and civil sectors.
  • Nominated initiatives or practices must have been implemented within the last 2 years preceding the submission deadline.
  • Applications must be submitted in English and supported by accessible online hyperlinks (e.g., company websites, Google Drive links, etc.).

    • Must currently hold the position of CEO or equivalent senior executive role.
